I‘ve often imagined how fascinating the world must be on a macro level. If God endows the easily visible with such form and symmetry, imagine the beauty hidden from our eyes.
Does God unwrap mysteries that reveal himself—the originator of all creation—to those who study the microscopic and the minuscule, revealing himself equally both to those who yearn and those who refuse to see Him?
I mentioned in January my desire for both a macro lens and the end of my annual winter photography funk. Well, the first arrived in my mailbox today! (The second is rarely delivered via the USPS.) At first I couldn’t figure out how to focus it—which made me feel more than a little silly—but we don’t always appreciate the easy, right?
Bring on spring!
