After attending a couple of Facebook classes on essential oils, I was skeptical but intrigued. Could they help me relax more and sleep better? I needed to find out.
The answer: a resounding yes!

A Few of my YL Favorites
I’m hooked on products that help keep me balanced, relaxed, and focused. Favorites include Lavender, Peace & Calming, Endoflex, Orange, Valor, DiGize, Jasmine, and Rosemary. My secret weapons against stress are Release oil and our CBD Calm roller.
I use Progessence Plus Serum, a balancing product for women, daily. I drink more water than ever when I add Lemon oil or our new Grapefruit Bergamot YL Vitality Drops.
Some of our favorite oils to diffuse are citruses (Tangerine, Lime, Citrus Fresh, Lemon), florals (Geranium, Ylang Ylang), woodsy tree oils (Northern Lights Black Spruce, Idaho Blue Spruce), or Thieves (hello, immune support!). Goodbye, dangerous candles and artificial air fresheners—hello, nature’s fragrance!
