This pie crust recipe is sure to simplify your Thanksgiving or Christmas cooking (or any time you need a pie crust). The best part is that you make it right in the pan—no rolling or transferring!
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup oil
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- Stir ingredients together in pie plate, then shape crust by hand. The crust is ready to go—no need to pre-bake before adding your ingredients.
Pour the flour directly in the pie plate (mine is Mary & Martha’s Grace and Gratitude Pie Plate).
Add oil.
And sugar.
And salt.
And milk.
Stir ingredients.
Shape by hand.

I would guess all purpose flour since pie crust doesn’t have any leavening agents (not baking powder or soda).
