Today is the day we’re heading off into the great unknown on our 25th anniversary trip. My husband likes secrets as much as I do, so he still hasn’t shared the location. It’s a good thing I trust this man, although there have been many jokes about having to arrive early to build our shelter, and having a kitchen available at the ranger’s station…
The kids are excited about spending four days with my dad and step mom, and then another home with our oldest son. Even the dog gets a good deal: our neighbors will check our mail and feed her; they usually spoil her rotten.
