If you’re in Atlanta, mark your calendar for next Saturday, June 19, for Hebrew National’s Better-Than-A-Picnic picnic, which I will be co-hosting with Mishelle, Stacey, and Renee.
The time is 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., location TBD (will update as soon as I know).
There will be music, giant puzzles, a mechanical bull and other fun stuff for kids and families, as well as a service project activity.
If you attended last year, you may remember that my husband and the other men in attendance grilled the hot dogs. Not this year! A large AirStream bus will serves as the “kitchen” where the hot dogs are handed out. Also on the menu are fruit and drinks.
What a great family activity for the day before Father’s Day!
{Disclosure: I was engaged to participate in this event by TheMotherhood and Hebrew National and will receive a stipend.}
I wish we stilled lived in Atlanta so I could go!
