It’s time for week twenty-four of the iHeartFaces photo contest! This week’s theme is “Let’s Hear it for the Boys!” and the guest judge is Lori Nordstrom.
I took this picture of my fourteen-year-old son recently. He looks so intense the way he’s leaning forward toward the camera. Actually, the poor guy had emergency knee surgery last month and has spent the last 5 weeks in a knee brace and on crutches (which explains the lean).
He’s a real sweetheart and very good-natured about having a camera stuck in his face, which is more than I can say for some of my kids. 😉
This is a great shot. His eyes are amazing and I love the crop.
My 14 year old doesn’t like getting his photo taken but thankfully my 13 year old son does and if I bribe my 11 year old daughter, well she might be compliant! So I know what you mean about reluctant kids!
