Lily is growing up much too quickly for my taste. Doesn’t she realize that she’s the baby and I want her to stay that way? Lately she’s been letting me know that she’s ready to be potty-trained. Shouldn’t I be the one telling her, and not the other way around? She keeps taking off her pants and her diapers, and then throwing the diapers in the trash, a less-than-subtle hint. Today I finally convinced her to leave the diaper on, but then she put on a pair of her sister’s undies over the diaper. Yes, Lily, I get the hint. It’s just that you’re my baby and I want you to slow down a little. ‘kay?
She’s also a budding chef!
Isn’t she precious?
What a precious “baby” girl. I am the grandmother of 2, a boy who is 11 and a girl who is 9. Their mom is a pre-school special ed teacher and I was blessed to spend my days with them during the school year from the time they were 4 months and 2 years old…it seems like a long…

She is so precious. Love that hat and apron.
Oh my goodness, how beautiful is she! She looks adorable in her chef outfit.
I love these pictures!! She is growing and reminds me how fast Hannah is growing too! Where did you find the adorable chef outfit? I love it!
She is just too much – the cheeks, the little curls, the big eyes!
They just don’t seem to get the stay little for -eeeever memo, do they.

Oh.My.Goodness. She is an absolute doll! And I laughed out loud at the picture of your son with all the bow in his hair. Your kids are cracking me up, Dawn! 🙂
Blessings,

Beautiful picture…and my little one is showing signs of being ready, but still attached to her diaper. She will run around in undies, but when she needs to go, she wants her diaper.
I’m thinking a small incentive like an M&M or two might be all it takes for her to decide not to fight what her body is obviously capable of!
